Absolutely amazed with this product! They were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. Sent photos for confirmation and asked for feedback before finalizing. Excellent quality. We keep saying that it looks “scary good”. Highly recommend! The only thing I’d recommend to buyers is to have a bobble head gift box on standby. We are giving these away at the wedding and needed them individually wrapped, so just budget for that too!
Very happy with how the bobbleheads turned out! Customer service was amazing as I kept asking for changes and they never lost patience with me. I highly recommend this store! They ship very quickly as well given it comes from Hong Kong. The whole process from start to receiving them at my door took about a month. Would have been closer to 2-3 weeks if I hadn't requested the changes I did.
