1. What makes a good photo?
A clear, well-lit photo works best. Make sure the face is visible with natural lighting — not too dark and not overexposed. Clear details help our artists achieve better likeness.

2. Can I see a preview of my bobblehead before it is finished?
We do not provide previews before ordering. However, for standard production orders, we will send preview images during the production process (typically within 1–3 business days).
Please note: Rush (3 business days) orders do not include preview images so we can complete production faster.

3. What sizes are available?
During the customization process, you can choose from 6-inch, 7-inch, and 9-inch sizes. If you need a different size, please contact us at service@bobblegifts.com.

4. What is your change/cancellation policy?
For made-to-order personalized products, orders can be changed or canceled before production begins. Once production has started (molding and shaping), changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

5. What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. All prices are listed in USD, and your card will be charged in your local currency.

6. Will my bobblehead look exactly like the photo?
Bobbleheads are a 3D stylized (slightly cartoon) version of your photo. While exact replication is not always possible, our artists focus on capturing key facial features to achieve a strong resemblance. This unique style is what makes bobbleheads a fun and personalized gift.

7. What is the proofing process?
During production, we will send preview images so you can review your bobblehead and request adjustments if needed. This helps ensure you are satisfied with the final result.
To avoid delays, we recommend responding promptly. If no response is received within 3 business days, production will continue automatically.

8. Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, you can update your shipping address before your order is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Production time remains the same, while shipping time and cost vary depending on the destination.
