Overall great experience. I had a large and complicated order and they were accommodating. They did a great job sending me pictures to approve during the process before they would move to the next step. There was a slight language barrier where obviously a translation service was being used and a big time difference which led to a little difficulty, but overall it was an excellent experience. Would order from them again. The gift recipients were extremely pleased!
