Great craftsmanship. Loved how realistic it looks. I am highly satisfied with my purchase and plan to purchase more of these for family members in the future. Customer service was great. Great response to questions and changes I wanted. Shipping seemed took longer than I anticipated but I have noticed that with several things I have ordered , so no biggie just need to plan accordingly for arrival if it’s a gift.

Very good communication with the provider! Multiple dialogue and clarification of parts during production! And thus a unique piece was created. The whole thing arrived in a small package. The parcel service delivered it with a small dent, although I was initially afraid that the contents had been damaged. But when I opened it, it turned out that the bobblehead had been wrapped very, very well in bubble wrap and several times! So everything arrived safely and even as an Easter present before the holidays! I am completely thrilled!
