Item arrived quickly and it looks just like the pictures I was sent asking to approve of the design. The seller starts out making the heads and then later makes the body/clothing before finally joining the two together. At each step they ask if it looks okay or for any requested changes. Two things I didn’t love (but not big deal): (1) additional $20 fee to put purse on my mom, so I decided not to. (2) the chats with the seller seem fairly scripted .. at one point I asked questions like whether they could send example pictures of a specific hair color or whether it was possible to create a custom eye color and they just resent the menu of skin/eye/hair color. They basically push you to commit to menu choices as quickly as possible. Still 5 stars.
This is the second time ordering a bobble head and same as the first time, it exceeded our expectations! I ordered my sister and her husband a bobble head of them at their wedding. My sister is for sure going to cry when she receives it. So special and looks just like them!!
The bobble head turned out perfectly. They answered all my questions and updated me on the progress throughout.
Absolutely love the way this came out. Customer service was exceptional, anytime I wanted to change something or asked for an update the merchant had no problem adjusting something. Always responded promptly and sent me photos throughout the entire process.
It is a beautiful, handmade one-of-a-kind piece that was the perfect gift for our first wedding anniversary. The 1-on-1 customer service was also great. Every step was communicated with photos and requests for changes were implemented immediately.
