We ordered a custom bobblehead for my brother-in-law, and we were thrilled with the results. With only a couple pictures, the likeness was almost exact (with a slight caricature feel, of course). They were very responsive to all my questions and feedback. I don't think I waited more than a couple hours for a response ever, and even when I realized late in the cycle I had indicated the wrong eye colour, they updated it with no problem. Highly recommend.
I'm so thrilled with this purchase! The process was easy and customization took a little up front work but the change I requested was completed with no issue.
